All perishable items, including our chorizos and cheeses, are shipped in insulated packaging with non-toxic gel ice packs. We utilize expedited shipping methods to ensure your products arrive in peak condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Despaña Brand Foods ships exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to international addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.
Are your products authentic and imported from Spain?
Yes, we pride ourselves on sourcing the majority of our inventory directly from artisanal producers across Spain. Our proprietary brand items are made following traditional Spanish recipes and techniques.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
